Is this for general PvE?
If so then i would bump your swordsmanship up to at least 15, so get yourself a swordmanship helm and slap on at major or superior swordsmanship rune.
Which campaigns do you have? if you have NF then get flail instead of bezerker stance.
Other than that, meh, its ok.

Everyone else is going to come on now and shout dragon slah at you, but im not because it doestnt rerally matter the adjustmenst i mentioned will make your build fine. If we all do the best build possible we would all be using the same build and gw would be lame.

Yeah you should put more points into swordsmanship 11 just isnt enough at least 14 will be fine. You can drop healing prayers down to 5(-1 hp on hit no big deal) drop stre. to 9 put the rest in swordsmanship. Im also not a fan of B. stance then again its your personally choice. I would more then likely change your rez to a rez signet or rebirth depending on the area and your party if you know your gonna be ok then just take the signet. Not a huge fan of warriors without a deepwound but whatever floats your boat works.

Sever + Gash > Any other non-elite two sword attacks. Take them. If you're not running Dragon Slash, take Final as well.
Seriously, Leviathan, Silverwing and Galrath are all plainly outclassed by Sever, Gash and Final.

I'll only comment on your gear.. You need 16 in Sword Mastery. Add a Superior Sword Rune on a +1 Sword Helm.
Drop all your points in Healing Prayers.. PLEASE..
I'd go with this distribution: 16 Sword - 9 Strength - 11 Tactics.
Get rid of Healing Breeze, Vigorous Spirit. Add a hard rez, and maybe even Mending Touch. Change your Berserker Stance for either Flail/Flurry. I'll let other comment on your Sword attk skills.

Thanks for all the comments. Ive got a tactics helm (FoW Helm) and wont be buying another one for swordmanship. I will put a minor swordmanship on helm and then a sup swordmanship on the gloves. But i have a funny feeling i cant use 2 Swordmanship runes.
At this present time i do not have the campaign Nightfall. I have the first 2 campaigns but will be recieving Nightfall next week for Christmas!
This is what ive gatherd so far...
Attributes
Swordmanship - Highest as possible 14 - 16
Strength - 9 - 10
Tactics - 8 - 9
Build
Sever Artery
Gash
Final Thrust
Dragon Slash
Flail
Enraging Charge -- It mentions in the notes on Guild Wars Wiki that you can use Enraging Charge as a counter stance (if you've finished attacking and you need to move faster rather than trailing like a slug behind the group with a 33% speed decrease) - Also giving a couple strikes of adrenaline on the next hit. Wiki - "You can literally rush to an enemy, hit him, gain 4 adrenaline, and reactivate Flail immediately "
Healing Signet
Rez Sig?
How i would use this build
Lets created a situation here...
Your coming to a Boss or a high lvl enemy, Run up to the enemy and cast Flail then go on tocast Sever Artery then Gash. Still not under 50% health? Cast Dragon Slash then once the enemy is under 50% health cast Final Thrust, Cast Flail again and repeat these skills until the enemy is Dead! Then cast Enraging Charge to run to other surrounding enemys or to move along in a mission rather than sluggin behind. And repeat from casting Flial then Sever - Gash etc etc
Or i could scratch all that, replace Flail with Flurry and replace Enraging Charge with Great Justice
What ya think?

You can't.
The best advice I can give for build flexibility is that you get a different helm for every possible build. This is the cheapest and easiest way to ensure you have the best equipment for any given build.
You should start by getting one helmet for each of your attribute lines, Strength, Tactics, Hammer, Sword & Axe.
Then add the relevant superior rune to each helmet; ie, a superior sword rune on your sword +1 helmet. This will give you +4 to that attribute.
Further along the line you may want to consider helmets with major runes, but this would also involve buying other armour pieces with other major runes on, so would work out expensive and space intensive.

You can get more use out of Dragon Slash if you don't take Final Thrust.
Flail and Enraging are a good combo, you got that right.
Since you're using Sever and Gash already, you're probably OK on attack skills. You always want a res sig. So you have 1 slot left open.. Distracting Blow or another skill, like To The Limit would work nice.
BTW - you should do your attribute quests.
You can have 16 swords, 11 strength, and 10 tactics, or 10/10 tactics/strength.

Yeah, if you want to be offensive, you want 16 pts in weapon attribute for the critical hit bonus.

Lawl, sorry, but why don't u go axe instead? And Vigorous Spirit? Healing prayers are for monks. And certainly don't take Ressurrect, you can take Rebirth for pve, cus if you want to ress up people after battle you can do it the best way getting them out of aggro. And these skills hardly do any damage, if that's what you want to do. The only good skill I see here is Berseker Stance and Healing Signet. Sorry to sound harsh, but just my thoughts. If u want to do damage, use an axe or hammer

He's actually half right, except for Berserker Stance, for the first build.
For the second build, I'd say drop Final Thrust. Has no synergy whatsoever with Dragon Slash.

I actually used Vigorous Spirit and Live Vicariously on a W/Mo build, that went like this;
[skill=card]Riposte[/skill][skill=card]Deadly Riposte[/skill][skill=card]Sun and Moon Slash[/skill][skill=card]Gash[/skill][skill=card]Flurry[/skill][skill=card]Live vicariously[/skill][skill=card]Vigorous Spirit[/skill][skill=card]"Charge!"[/skill]
It was really an anti warrior build, not much use outside of scrimmages and AB scenarios, but it was fun and very useable IF I output more damage than the other warrior. However, once I was fighting a caster it just wasn't the same, since they didn't get touched by the riposte skills. I scrapped it and bring those skils out when farming now.
My point is that it's useable, but conditions have to provide for it, and as we all know, conditional circumstances are looked down upon by this community. Either make it well rounded or get flamed, or told that it should be changed.

Okay im gunna try and answer all these....
Okay so far ive got
15 Swordmanship -- I guess i wont be able to have 16 Sword, because of my tac helm, but i do have a 20% chance at getting 16 Swordmanship with my swordmanship mod?
9 Strength
9 Tactics -- bumped that up high for more health for Healing sig
And 8 points left over.
To "Jesh" - My warrior is from the first Guild Wars and so there was no attribute quests? The only Attribute quest i can think of is from Zunara in Sietung Harbor (Factions)
To "Njaiguni Blaze" - I have a seperate Axe Build in which i do occasionaly swap over from Sword to Axe depending wether im bored using a sword lol
Maybe i should make a seperate post for my Axe build? I currently have a build for my Axe that works pritty well, but i might ask your opinions and tips to make it top noch.
About the Seperate Helms for different Attributes im not to sure maybe a Sword one and an Axe one, Changing my FoW tac helm to a FoW sword helm im not sure either i will see, FoW helms cost alot. And i know i dont really need a FoW one but i like the combo of my 15k Kurzick with FoW helm.
And the last part, about Final Thrust and Dragon Slash i went out and tested the build that i could make without the Nightfall skills. Which was
Sever Artery
Gash
Final Thrust
Dragon Slash
Tiger Stance
For Great Justice
Healing Signet
Rez Sig
I went out hunting for a bit and i found Final Thrust was very good, reaching dmgs up to 120 with that, when the enemy was under 50% health. And i used Dragon Slash when it was above 50% health.

The first 15 attribute points are a reward for part of the the quest-chain that begins with "The Forgotten Ones" and can be obtained from the NPC Anelle Phipps in Destiny's Gorge. The second part of the quest, and the one that gives you 15 attribute points is "Forgotten Wisdom", which you get from the NPC that you speak to to end "The Forgotten Ones".
The second set of 15 attribute points are a reward for completing the quest line offered by the NPC Vanyi in Droknar's Forge (she's by the storage).

The other one is in the Ranmasu Gardens, it's called something something treasure. You get it from the guy that's close to storage.
You can always do what I do, get whatever ugly looking helm there is that gives what you want, (swordsmanship), for 1.5k and just press I to turn it off. I don't even bother to match my helms to my armor, because I can just turn it off.
